My husband and I bought a new construction home with the help of your agent, Jay Quigley. He was very knowlegeable and was always available to us throughout the process. From the very beginning, Jay worked on our behalf, assisted us with reviewing the builder?s contract, and even negotiated a significant builder credit that went towards our closing costs. In addition, Jay recommended that we obtain our own third party home inspection company to inspect the home at various parts of the construction and I?m glad we did. Our inspector was able to identify various issues and have them corrected by the builder before moving onto the next phase of construction. We are so happy with the service Jay provided that we will definitely refer him to our family and friends.

Truly I don?t even know where to begin when it comes to the service that was provided by Jay. I am a young first time home buyer with 0 experience. Not only was jay trust worthy from the moment we shook hands but he had the best patience with me and my million questions via text and late night phone calls. He was courteous and kind and was so thorough with his explanations. He really took his time and even in this crazy aggressive Florida market he never made me feel pressured and always had my best interests at heart. He was so honest with his assessments as well and if he didn?t think something was a good fit for my needs he would tell me immediately. He would consistently use his expertise and show me things I should be looking out for that could be a concern. I have not only enjoyed this entire experience with him and his entire team but I feel like I have gained a new friend for life. I am so glad that I made this decision to join forces with him. Oh and I almost forgot to mention. He negotiated better than Tom cruise in jerry maguire (I hope he will appreciate that reference) Got me a great deal on my home. If you don?t get jay as your agent you truly missed out.
