I feel fortunate to have met Tracey when I did. We were relocating to the Tampa area from NW Florida and had no knowledge of the neighborhoods or the home market here. Tracey came to us by way of a business card referral. We decided to give her a call and take a chance on using a realtor to locate just the right neighborhood at a price point we could afford. Tracey stepped right in and made us feel welcome from day one. She shared her knowledge of the city and the market, making certain we were in a great location for our lifestyle, while maintaining a minimal commute to work. Tracey was instrumental in advocating for us as we began the process of singing the contract, all the way through closing and beyond. She played a huge role in making things happen for us. My family had to make some life changes for our mother, one of the changes was selling her house and moving. Since myself and siblings all live in other states helping her do this was quite the chore. Luckily for us Mrs. Tracey Cardoso with Florida Executive Realty stepped in and took over. She was able to assist my mother with everything from suggesting preparations for selling the house, finding a photographer, listing the house and then sorting through the potential buyers. Tracey understood my mother had certain benchmarks financially we were looking to make and she did everything in her power to make that happen. Her patience with working with homeowners is saintly. She's very professional and friendly. Tracey knows her market and she knows real estate she was able to answer or explain any questions we had. She even handled the closing for my mother and I. I was also able to conduct my part of the closing from my house in Alabama. By her doing that my mother was able to move a little earlier than planned. Overall the experience that Tracey gave us through Florida Executive Realty was really great. This was the smoothest transaction I have ever been a part of and I wasn't even in the same state! Through out the process of both purchasing (2018) and selling (2022) our home she has been both knowledgeable and supportive.
