I can?t begin to share how fortunate I have been these past months to know that Jay Quigley was guiding me through the process of selling my sisters home in Spring Hill. My sister passed suddenly and being her only sibling I was faced with selling her house. Jay explained from the onset exactly what we needed to do. Living in PA, jay was totally hands on for me and explained each step. We all thought the roof looked great but jay went one step further. Checked county records and we found out how old it was and an inspection would have failed. We would have lost the sale. We got a roofer in, repaired quickly and inspection proved good! If jay had not double checked we would have lost the sale!!! Service does not exist like that. The closing has now been finalized. Professionals like jay are a credit to any Business. I can?t begin to thank him. Trust is so important to all of us and Jay is so kind and trustworthy. I will always be thankful I met him

Jay was referred to my husband and me by a friend because we were having a tremendous amount of trouble finding a rental property on our own. She knew that despite the fact he might not make a penny of money, he would still want to be of assistance to us! He has gone FAR above and beyond what we have asked. He was prompt beyond what I expected in his communications with us and diligent in the search for properties we might be interested in! He began showing us properties right away and during the process was always a joy to talk to and often made me laugh. He was consistently upbeat, positive and helpful! We couldn?t have asked for a better experience with ANY other realtor. In the past, I have been turned off by folks in the real estate business. I worked in the industry myself and typically they seemed more interested in making sales and not so much beyond that. Jay is much more interested in a relationship and being helpful in the search and if he makes a sale in the process that?s great. There is no one I have yet to meet that I would want to recommend more to someone! He will ease your stress and find you ?just? what you are looking for. You will NOT be disappointed with him at your side! We are so thankful we were led to him and look forward to working with him in the future and are blessed to call him a friend as well now.
