Josh was WONDERFUL! Throughout the whole process Josh was always readily available for us to set up time & dates to go see houses that my husband & I were extremely interested in. I have known Michelle through our local Buy Nothing Project group for a couple of years. When we were doing research to sell in the next couple of years I asked if she would come by and give me some input (not expecting to sell so quickly) but wanted to be prepared when we did so we could make changes along the way. She knows how to focus on the details of your home and see things that other realtors won't because they go off a script for houses they sell (we had another opinion and were given paint colors to paint the entire house with, which Michelle said was unnecessary saving us time and money!).
