Josh was WONDERFUL! Throughout the whole process Josh was always readily available for us to set up time & dates to go see houses that my husband & I were extremely interested in. He had & has A LOT of patience when it came negotiations, when my husband & I were really keen on a home, that we now own, we told Josh to just “Go for it” when it came to have a few strategies set up to really negotiate on our behalf for the house. I have known Michelle through our local Buy Nothing Project group for a couple of years.
