I have known Michelle through our local Buy Nothing Project group for a couple of years. When we were doing research to sell in the next couple of years I asked if she would come by and give me some input (not expecting to sell so quickly) but wanted to be prepared when we did so we could make changes along the way. When she walked through he house and gave me feedback I knew she would be the right person to sell when we were ready. Things happened with our jobs unexpectedly so we decided to go ahead and make the transition to another state. Between work & taking care of my grandmother I really had no time or energy to put into the house, but she made the process so easy for us and truly listened to our needs (going above and beyond with services) and she made sure we were taken care of the entire time even after the sale was complete. She went above and beyond with encouragement when I needed it and support when I just couldn't do anymore. I was able to trust the process and in Michelle 100% knowing she would protect our best interest. Our house was sold in record time considering the market. We left town before the buyers walk-thru so Michelle went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready and any requests the buyer had just before closing Michelle took care of. She knows how to focus on the details of your home and see things that other realtors won't because they go off a script for houses they sell (we had another opinion and were given paint colors to paint the entire house with, which Michelle said was unnecessary saving us time and money!).
