I have known Michelle through our local Buy Nothing Project group for a couple of years. When we were doing research to sell in the next couple of years I asked if she would come by and give me some input (not expecting to sell so quickly) but wanted to be prepared when we did so we could make changes along the way. Josh was WONDERFUL! Throughout the whole process Josh was always readily available for us to set up time & dates to go see houses that my husband & I were extremely interested in. He had & has A LOT of patience when it came negotiations, when my husband & I were really keen on a home, that we now own, we told Josh to just “Go for it” when it came to have a few strategies set up to really negotiate on our behalf for the house.
