Jay is AMAZING! Working with him was seamless. He is patient, attentive and flexible. I am by no means easy to please, but he got to know me taking the time to understand my needs, preferences and style to help navigate my home search and decision. When I asked to see something for a second or third time, he did not balk acknowledged the importance of buying the "right" home. He answered my questions ad nauseum - no matter the number of times I asked the same question. His knowledge of the current market (yikes!) and the local market further helped to guide my search. He guided me through the entire process - from search to purchase - answering questions, following-up (on everything) and offering expert advice. He offers the perfect balance of support, reassurance, reality and guidance. His support didn't end at closing - he helped ensure a smooth move-in and transition.
