Jay D'Abramo is an outstanding realtor. He represented me for the sale of a home that I was the named Executor. The property was at least a 4 hour drive from where I live and I could not be there to facilitate all that was required to sell it. Jay took care of everything that needed to be done and was very professional, ethical and fair in the entire process. Jay did a great job helping my Mom sell her house and helped in finding each of us both new homes. I especially applaud his patience having to deal with my mother who I am sure called him at least 3 times a day. Jay is AMAZING! Working with him was seamless. He is patient, attentive and flexible. I am by no means easy to please, but he got to know me taking the time to understand my needs, preferences and style to help navigate my home search and decision. When I asked to see something for a second or third time, he did not balk acknowledged the importance of buying the "right" home. He answered my questions ad nauseum - no matter the number of times I asked the same question. His knowledge of the current market (yikes!) and the local market further helped to guide my search. He guided me through the entire process - from search to purchase - answering questions, following-up (on everything) and offering expert advice. He offers the perfect balance of support, reassurance, reality and guidance. His support didn't end at closing - he helped ensure a smooth move-in and transition.
