Todd & Barb Allen provided skilled and reliable support from the very start of our home buying journey in June 2025. From day one, they stayed in touch with us across every aspect of the real estate process, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. They were present at each walk-through from September through January, at closing and always willing to help. They never once sidestepping our requests. Along the way, they shared critical guidance on the Certificate of Occupancy, assisted with transferring the Homestead Exemption, and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars in additional costs. They genuinely care about the people they serve and don't operate as if they're simply employees filling a role. In a time when so many seem focused only on themselves, we felt it mattered to let you know how valuable they are to your organization and how pleased we are with the opportunities their support made possible. Connor was helpful and communicative through the entire home selling process. He took an active approach to getting our home in front of as many potential buyers as possible. We moved prior to our closing date and Connor made sure to check in on our property while it was vacant and also assisted with a few minor repairs to help move along the sale. Once we actually closed, we had a few difficulties with our future buyer and Connor graciously helped us through each step offering sound advice and making sure he always represented our best interest. I would highly recommend Connor Loyd and Florida Executive Realty.

Connor made this experience seamless. He was in tune with the market and really took into account what I was looking for. He was honest with me about there process and able to set expectations, which was super helpful as a first time home buyer. His team was able to help me close early and obtain a loan when others told me I didn't qualify. I was nervous going into the process but he made things easy to understand and stayed on top of what was needed to progress my purchase. I also never had to wait long for a response. I cannot say enough good things about Connor. I will be recommending him to any friend or loved one for their next real estate transaction.
