Peter noticed the extra care that I needed to price the house well for the market, and make sure that I felt comfortable to sell something I was deeply attached to. He helped me to understand the process, managed clear expectations, gave guidance for aesthetic changes with big impact, and was always respectful of the space and my time. Everything was such a smooth process that I also requested his help in finding and buying a new home to share with my girlfriend. Peter built a foundation of trust and respect which made what is normally a stressful milestone actually fun. He listened to what I needed, and the experience has led to what I hope is also a lifetime of friendship.
