re: 1833 Pacific Dunes Start to finish, Diane did an outstanding job listing, showing and selling our home. Our home was under contract when Hurricane Milton blew through and destroyed our roof and lanai screening. Diane was with us every step of the way during what was an extremely stressful time. We are very thankful for all she did for us and would definitely recommend her.

RE: 8610 Sorano Villa Dr. I am happy to send written confirmation of the high regard we have for Diane's assistance in finding a home my wife and I are very happy with. We met Diane by chance when she was hosting an Open House in her neighborhood of Cory Lake Isles. We liked that home very much, but an offer was accepted the same day. I emailed to Diane a detailed description of the home we wanted to buy. During the next two months I looked at 100-200 homes on Redfin and found very few that met our needs. We prepared our home in Bonita Springs for sale and it was finally listed on Oct. 27. We accepted an offer the same day. We traveled to New Tampa a week or so later and Diane had prepared a listing of 6 or 7 homes that we had discussed and had some interest in. She included complete information on each. The first one she showed us I had reviewed on Redfin and found it to be a great property with most of the details we wanted but about 600 square feet larger. After we finished viewing the remaining homes we went back to revisit the first one and decided to buy it. We made an offer above asking price and it was quickly accepted. The home was purchased on an "as is" basis. Since that day Diane has worked tirelessly on our behalf in getting multiple inspections and getting the owners to service the water softening system and gas-fired water heater at their expense. She worked with the local and the Bonita Springs Title companies and our Bonita Springs realtor to manage to get closings on both homes on the same day, thus saving us money and inconvenience. After closing she arranged for the home to be cleaned at her expense before we moved in. Since then she has provided us with a lengthy list of recommended services. We could not be happier with the service she has provided and highly recommend her to others.

We met Diane at an open house. It was serendipitous because she is a wonderful, realtor and person. She is honest and has exemplary integrity. She is highly professional but also personable which is a rare combination these days. She found us the unicorn home we were looking for within a. couple of days and we closed within a week. She is amazing and we look forward to years of knowing her as a neighbor and friend. She's the best!
