Brenda was very confident the house would sell quickly and at the price she thought it would. She kept us informed during the entire process. I was out of town most of this process and Brenda made sure my wife was up to date. From the beginning of the process to the end Brenda was there to make us feel at ease as we sold our house after 24 years. She gave great suggestions on staging and was there until we closed.
