He even met with my parents (Clearwater) and showed them a number of possibilities. Based on his insight he was able to create a short list with my parents and we selected a property very close to my office. The services was phenomenal. From the beginning when Mr. Jaxheimer was referred to me, he was excellent with his approach; knowing when to contact without being pushy and when to back off and wait for feedback from us. Bill was fabulous in his ability to followup; knowing exactly when to engage with information or resources necessary to keep the process moving. He was always there for us; given that we live out of state and could not always match his availability -- he made himself available when ever we could get to Florida. He was patient, professional, guided us thru what, otherwise, could have been a very difficult process for us. He knows his business, he knows customers, zeros in on needs, desires and wants......is well connected and respected in the community and he never let us down. A GREAT experience for which we credit Mr. Jaxheimer.
