This man, Josh Castle, is phenomenal. He helped my fiance and I find our dream home. Not only that, but he helped us from across the country, as we lived in Colorado. Josh went above and beyond with support aiding us through the entire process. Everything we needed, he took care of, even if we didn't know we needed it yet l, he was on top of it. If I had to do this process again, i would fly him out to take care of it. I wouldn't trust anyone more.

Impossible to give anything less than a five out of five. In the most painful moment of my adult life, Josh was there to make the selling of my parents house possible. Josh contacted me unexpectedly and wished to help me sell my parents home, both whom recently passed away. I was going through funeral arrangements, probate/trust issues, amongst other things. He kept me worry free and handled everything from start to finish. He kept me up-to-date on everything constantly and consistently. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Josh. From the very beggining of his home selling process to the day my home sold, he went far beyond my expectations of what a Realtor should do. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Josh was outstanding as he helped us look for our ideal rental property. He was extremely flexible and would meet us at any given notice. He does a great job figuring out what his clients prefer and help steer them in a good direction. We enjoyed getting to work with Josh and would recommend him to anyone!
