He absolutely put our interests first and went above and beyond to listen, learn and help us make the right decision when it came to home ownership. Despite his busy schedule, we truly felt like we were his only clients. Dave took endless hours (and nearly 30 houses) out of his day to help us and was there every step of the way. Dave Lechuga was phenomenal to work. We met him unexpectedly at one community we were looking at and he was so helpful answering all of our questions. We tabled our search for a home for bit but when we finally decided to continue, we knew we wanted to reach out to Dave. His help and knowledge has been wonderful. If we ever decide to sell or buy, we will definitely use Dave's services again.
