Thanks to her deep local expertise, home-to-market timing and flawless pricing strategy, our home sold in just one week on the market. She provided incredible marketing products including in-home videos and aerial drone footage to really showcase our property. She provided valuable advice regarding staging and presentation for a home that had 20 years of living in it. She was well-prepared to handle the multiple offers we received. She also did extensive homework so that the appraisal process was simple and beneficial. But what truly sets her apart is how she handled the unexpected hurdles that we encountered. When issues arose with part of the roof, termites and minor electrical issues, she didn't just hand us a to-do list--she rolled up her sleeves and actively found us highly rated contractors to get everything fixed and finalized quickly.
