Knows how to talk to the sellers to get you into the house you want! Jerry was great to work with! He was always available even after work hours and on the weekends to help out. He was prompt with responses and helped me get a great new place. Only thing I didn't realize the was that there was a broker fee which was the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Overall was a good experience.
