Wendy was recommended to me by a colleague, who described his interaction with her as "the best home buying experience he ever had". She more than lived up to this high praise. Wendy is very personable and knowledgeable, and has over two decades of experience in her role. We visited many properties with her, and there was no pressure to make a decision. She gave us space to find the home we were looking for, and gave us guidance regarding all the new details that we had to consider coming from out of state. She was very helpful in recommending reliable lending and title partners which made the whole process a positive experience. I will be recommending Wendy to anyone I know that needs a real estate agent, and look forward to using her if/when we sell our home and need to find a new one.

I needed to sell my mother's home without doing any updates, Wendy Ross was very knowledgeable and worked with us to price the home accordingly. We were fortunate to get a cash offer which made the transaction go much quicker. We listed the home and sold the home within 2 weeks. We were very pleased with the sale price we were able to get for the home. We were kept informed at the scheduling of each showing by text and Wendy was great to text or email with any questions that came up so that they could be answered right away. I would most definitely work with her again, and WILL work with her when we are ready to sell our own home. I do not have anything but appreciation for Wendy Ross and the entire process, it went so smoothly.
