With her knowledge, Wendy was able to help us seamlessly navigate our experience through the listing of our house, to the sale of our house to the purchase of a new home. She kept us informed through the good and the not so good. Even though we may not have wanted to hear some of the things that she told us, she offered help and solutions when those difficult conversations had to be made. Wonderful job all the way around!

Wendy was extremely knowledgeable about the market and held my hand through the whole process. She explained in detail the new rules that are in effect for realtors, and wanted to ensure I understood the process. She gave me solid advice on recent sales in my area and how to get the best price for my condominium. I was able to sign the documents early and the final one remotely. Overall, the process was super easy-for ME at least! Great job team and thank you to Wendy and Melissa for all the effort!

Wendy is so organized and has a critical eye! She points out flaws while house shopping that I would never had seen, so grateful to have her on my side!
