I needed to sell my mother's home without doing any updates, Wendy Ross was very knowledgeable and worked with us to price the home accordingly. We were fortunate to get a cash offer which made the transaction go much quicker. We listed the home and sold the home within 2 weeks. We were very pleased with the sale price we were able to get for the home. We were kept informed at the scheduling of each showing by text and Wendy was great to text or email with any questions that came up so that they could be answered right away. I would most definitely work with her again, and WILL work with her when we are ready to sell our own home. I do not have anything but appreciation for Wendy Ross and the entire process, it went so smoothly.
