My husband and I chose Todd to sell our home. Todd is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient and incredibly generous with his time(including mornings, evenings and weekends over the course of a couple months). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. We had to transfer to another state and he went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of every step in the process whether we were in FL or not. Working with Todd made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly reccomend him.
