My family was moving from the Midwest to the Tampa area at the end of 2015. I had already relocated to the area and rented an apartment until we could find a home. Jay understood the urgency we had to get our family into one home and really put in the extra work to help us accomplish this in a? very timely manner. With me not really knowing anyone in the area, Jay insisted we go visit some areas around town on off days so I could get familiar with the city, and look at the neighborhood options. This was a huge part of our home buying stress, not knowing a new city, and he took time away from his family on the weekends to get us comfortable with our situation. Around the holidays, like any family maintaining two households money was tight, and I couldn?t afford to go home for Thanksgiving. Jay and his family insisted I come to their home. I was honestly dreading the whole home buying process, but Jay went above and beyond to make it as painless and effortless for me and my wife. I was and still am very impressed with the level care he put into our home buying process. We still keep in touch to this day.

Jay Quigley is an amazing agent who is perfect for a first-time homebuyer. We selected Jay as our agent because we were looking for an Accredited Buyer's Representative with local knowledge and sufficient experience, and Jay couldn't have been a better fit. Jay is from the Tampa Bay area and has an extensive amount of local knowledge, as well as great local contacts. Jay guided us through the home buying process and supported us every step of the way, including after the purchase. Jay helped us to set realistic goals and worked with us to achieve them. Whenever there were hiccups in the process, Jay was right there guiding us through them. Jay was also a huge asset whenever we visited properties, as he pointed out areas of concern that we would never have noticed on our own. Jay helped us figure out how much to offer when we selected our house, and we were thrilled when we learned that our accepted offer was actually 5k below the appraised value. Throughout the entire process, Jay responded to all communications right away and demonstrated consistent follow through. Jay got us to the finish line in a wonderful home, and we highly recommend Jay to any buyer in the area.
