Re: 29749 Cassino Ct Pete was recommended through a close friend, one of the top realtors in North Texas. I thought it would be impossible to find a realtor as good as my friend. Then Pete came along. IT DOES NOT GET BETTER. Superb customer service attitude combined with a heart that was made to care much more than most. The icing on the cake is that Pete is extremely well organized, a great communicator, and naturally pays attention to detail. Highly recommend Pete Radeka!

Easiest 5-star review. Pete is a great professional and always helpful. Even though I had already moved to a different state, he kept keeping me updated and periodically checked my condo to make sure everything was okay. He was able to keep me calm during the selling process and reassured me that we would have sold it quickly. Couldn't recommend him more. Would definitely work with him again!

re: 4908 Edisto Ct. Pete is a realtor extraordinaire, a true master in the real estate business. His professionalism and knowledge of the area from the very first time we contacted him was five-star. Not only did he find us Lakewood Ranch to build our new home, he walked us through the entire process of the building a home in Florida. After suggesting the perfect community, Pete helped us find the right north/south facing lot. Being out of state, he walked the property all during the building phases with us (and sometimes we were there on his iPad), taking pictures for our records. He was always in contact with the builder asking updates on our behalf. Pete also recommended great references for very professional after-closing contractors to complete some additions for us. We would highly recommend calling Pete for any real estate need. He knows the area, the laws, the real estate market and the quality builders. We cannot thank Pete enough!
