Jay was super helpful us in finding a rental when we moved to Tampa this summer. We met him because we were interested in a rental property he had listed. When that did not work out, and we had to leave town having only been in Tampa for the weekend to find a place, he helped us narrow down the search and sent us videos of three different houses that he created so we could decide which one we wanted. He was also the liaison for us with the property management company. Jay went above and beyond our expectations.

Realtors like Jay Quigley are rare! We began working with Jay when my wife and I needed to find an apartment. I had recently left the military and the wife and I moved all the way from Hawaii to the Tampa area. For the year we lived in the apartment Jay's level of commitment, communication, and overall thoughtfulness amazed me! He kept in touch, mailed birthday cards with personalized hand written messages, a magnet with the Ray's schedule, etc. Deciding to work with Jay again when my wife and I were ready to purchase a home was a no-brainer! He goes above and beyond to put the client first and look out for their best interest. For the sake of not writing a novel I will simply say that if I had to purchase property site unseen on Mars, I would have zero reservations with Jay as my realtor!
