Their level of communication is superb and they make quite the tandem with respect to division of duties! Their market knowledge and savvy made a huge difference in helping us understand specific challenges we faced selling our home at the time in which we did. I've been in real estate close to 30 years and have almost 100 purchase transactions. I have never had a realtor keep me updated to minute thru out the entire price process. They even went to my condo 3 days after the closing and set up my WiFi and TV for the new renters!

Barb & Todd were above & beyond any other realtor i have worked with in 40 years. They listened to what I was looking for. Did not try to sway me in a different direction & when I settled on what I wanted Todd did all the work in getting things done. His communication skills were the best out there! Working with Todd and Barb was as good of an experience as we could have asked for. Having worked in real estate in another state, I can say with confidence that you won't find a better agent. He was always looking out for us for stuff that we weren't aware of, informed us of multiple local things that other agents didn't tell their agents which would have saved them money, and he had every connection we needed to really good local professionals to help with all of our other home needs. I couldn't suggest Todd and Barb more highly!

Todd and Barb Allen were so wonderful to work with. They were both very knowledgable and patient. We were first time home buyers so naturally we asked lots of questions. Todd helped me find a rental home 4 years ago when we weren't quite ready to buy. Here we are 4 years later as happy home owners. Words don't really do justice in describing how we feel about Todd and Barb but I can say we feel like they are family after our experience with them. We would reccomend them to anyone we know buying property!
