We used Gina for both purchase of new construction and sale of current home. While a 7 month process, and candidly a lot of work, it could not have gone better. LISTEN TO GINA. She knows builders, market, neighborhoods and contracts. She will hold your builder accountable and knows the games they play, too. She also listened to us! And, despite all the work we even had fun along the way. Great job. Highly recommend.
