Dee was the consummate professional when it came to assessing the market and matching it with our needs. This was equaled by her friendliness and availability whenever we needed to touch base. If she could not pick up a call, it would be returned within minutes. Texts were instantaneous. She gave expert advice in terms of our preparing our home to sell (staging, curb appeal, etc.) and an exceptional job marketing our home with video, photos, mailings, etc. Her grasp of market predictions was spot on! We will certainly miss our interactions with her and will be recommending her with enthusiasm to our friends in our former community. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts! We won the lottery when a friend recommended Dee Strom from Florida Executive Realty to us. Dee is extremely organized and intuitive. She quickly understood what we were looking for and deftly maneuvered the purchase of a well sought after property for us. On the sale side, Dee recommended staging the property. Excellent advice! Listed on a Thursday, shown on Friday, second showing on Saturday, and a sales agreement on Sunday! Absolutely painless. In addition, Dee has a wealth of contacts, vendors and handymen to recommend. None have disappointed us. I would recommend Dee without question!

Dee Strom was recommended by a friend. She immediately impressed me and after our initial meeting decided to use her to find a new home. Dee went over and above expectations with regard to scheduling appointments and staying with us throughout the process. She facilitated the purchase of a home and made the entire process go smoothly.
