She went out of her way to keep us updated as our house was being shown to prospective buyers. As the weeks went by she was always optimistic our house will be sold. After lowering the price with her suggestion, we did sell the house to a great buyer and it was a quick sale. She is a lovely person to work with and I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Jessica understood our needs on what we were looking for in purchasing our "forever" home. And listened to our requests and was able to find us listings which met almost every request we were looking for. She really hit the nail on the head when she took us to see " new" buildout. She arranged the meeting and helped us through the whole process with the builder. Very knowledgeable and asked questions when we didn't really know what to ask. She worked very well with the builder and with us. Very detail oriented. We highly recommend Jessica to anyone needing a realtor in the area. Thank you

RE: 8829 Gallantree Place My wife and I are happy we chose Jessica as our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled all around pasco county to look at homes over several weeks and cautioned us when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
