I would like to start by saying, Jay Quigley was great to work with! He is an honest straight forward professional who always puts his clients best interest first. Fortunately, we were able to find a home quickly with some research of our own and Jay's guidance. However, Jay showed just how dedicated he is to his clients the day of our inspection when the homeowner had not cleared the access to the attic. Determined to have a thorough inspection, Jay rolled up his sleeves and moved everything that was in the way to allow access to the attic. We are so thankful for this because our inspection revealed a substantial roof leak in this area. Jay ended up enlisted his own contractor to look at the damage, since the homeowner was unable to get someone out to estimate the work that was needed. Jay was also able to negotiate a credit for the repairs but ultimately the appraiser required the work to be completed before closing. Jay had warned us of this possibility. This and the homeowner not being ready to move out pushed our closing back a week but Jay, always with a positive out look, helped me keep it together. In the end, Jay would be unable to attend the final walkthrough and closing due to a week long class that he had already committed to. He placed us in good hands however. Dave Lechuga stood in for Jay and really did a great job. Thank you to both of these wonderful gentlemen and Florida Executive Realty for making this home buying experience a great one.

Jay was a true professional throughout the process of selling our home. He helped us find reliable, high quality suppliers to do upgrades and repairs. Since we lived in NJ, he handled all of the day to day for us and we trusted him implicitly. I would hire Jay is a heartbeat. Excellent experience!

Jay, my bf, and I were so impressed with you from the very first call. This was the first time for both of us purchasing a house in a different state from where we live. We had a small window of time to find a house, close and move. You worked with us diligently to find the perfect house. You fought for us when things got tough all the way thru closing. And followed thru on items that lingered after closing. In addition to all of this you introduced us to an amazing Mortgage firm that also took great care of us. This review has been a longtime coming, but with an out of state move and all that goes along with that, it's been a bit delayed. Now that we've got some time to breathe, I want to personally take the time to thank both Jay and Michele! Our very first true interaction with Jay was via video call since we were out of state, and he exuded such professionalism and expertise in his field. We knew at that moment that we were in good hands, and he put our concerns with an out of state purchase at ease. Both he and Michele were with us each step along the journey, and they made sure that we were taken care of, and that progress with our new home build was going along as planned without hiccups. They were readily available whenever we needed them and continue to be a wealth of knowledge as we traverse our new changes in life. There are many realtors out there and choosing one can be daunting. Jay and Michele are an amazing team and they will look out for you and make sure you get into your dream home. We can't recommend them enough, so hopefully if you were on the fence, our words have steered you in the right direction. I have known Jay Quigley for over 20 years in the paralegal setting. Just recently I had the need for some advice regarding selling my home. I am also a realtor and real estate paralegal for 20+ years. It became very clear after a 30-minute conversation that I should entrust Jay with my sale. That sale turned into Jay also selling my mother's home and then my mother and I purchasing a home together. All-in-all two sales and a purchase in less than two -month's time. Everything went so smoothly and closed on time. Any issues we had, Jay had everything under control in a timely and satisfactory manner almost immediately.
