Buying and selling with Bridget was a fantastic experience. She knows her craft and is in tune with the communities she represents. She took the time to understand what the place we were selling was all about. This helped translate to potential purchasers and led to a 7 day listing. Bridget did everything to make the transaction as smooth as one could expect, both helping with the normal part of the real estate process, as well as educating me on my shortcomings of how things flow. When purchasing our new home, Bridget was all about showing the properties we had on our radar and was as excited as we were looking for the right next home. Speaking of the next home, that one was a 7 day listing as well, she helped us execute on the right house when we found it. Thanks you for all your help in this transition from the old to the new.

My experience working with Bridget Zickefoose as my "remote" realtor in Florida was nothing short of AMAZING. After being referred to Bridget by a family friend in Florida for a townhouse purchase in FL that was conducted completely remotely between NJ and FL, I was left feeling calm and secure throughout the entire process which lasted approximately 45 days from searching to closing. In addition to the initial 2 week property search with Bridget, during which time she correctly identified our "target" properties, she represented us in-person at the "regular sale auction" of which we won! This was immediately followed by an aggressive 30-day closing window during which time, Bridget promptly and energetically assisted in every single aspect of the sale-prep process from identifying a very competitive local mortgage option to securing the numerous documenting proofs to visiting the property as our eyes on multiple trips. I can say that what would have most likely been a stressful remote-auction and 30-day mortgage commitment/closing process was nothing short of completely enjoyable and in no way stressful all attributable to Bridget's commitment and dedication to her client - ME! In closing, I will share some professional characteristics that Bridget displayed during this process and which leave me confident in writing this recommendation: Accessible, Attentive, Accommodating, Appreciative, Energetic, Polite, Practical, Capable, Courteous, Communicative, Friendly, Understanding, Knowledgeable, Respectful, Mature, Assertive, Focused, Punctual, Hard-Working, Reliable, Motivated, Honest and Loyal (to name a few)...I wish Bridget continued professional success in her future!
