Jay Quigley was my real estate agent both when we bought our first home and then two years later when we sold it. He is a phenomenal agent who has extensive knowledge and experience in both the buying and selling processes. When we were first time homebuyers, Jay patiently walked us through the home buying process, pointed out potential areas of concern and asked great questions during walkthroughs, and guided us through every step of the purchasing process. He helped us to get a great starter home at a good price. When we had to move for work two years later, Jay met with us to discuss the pros and cons of selling the house, and he even pointed us towards resources should we have chosen to keep the house as a rental. When we decided to sell, our first call was to Jay. Jay walked us through the selling process, and he made it easier than I ever would have imagined. Jay gave honest feedback on what work we needed to do to prevent hiccups during inspections, and he offered valuable tips on what improvements we could make that would pay for themselves and increase the value of the home. His advice was spot on - we took his suggestions and passed through the inspection with ease and sold the house for 43% more than what we had paid two years prior! I give Jay my highest recommendation.

Working with Jay was awesome! He was able to help my fianc? and I find a great rental for the price that we wanted in the neighborhood that we wanted ! He helped us expedite the application process and was available for any questions that we had. Definitely recommend him for anyone looking to rent or purchase a home !
