Jay was highly recommended to us by a friend of ours who bought 2 New Homes from him in 2022. We temporarily rented a fully furnished house in January of 23 while looking to buy a home here in Tampa. Jay had a meeting with us before presenting homes to see what we were looking for as well as giving us a thorough tutorial and insight on the Real Estate market. We felt so comfortable with Jay as well as his wife, Michelle. Two true professionals who put their clients needs before anything else. We closed on our Brand New Home in July of 23 and we could not be happier. I have had great experiences as well as not so great experiences with other professionals and that's all it was, a working relationship. I can honestly say here that we have become good friends with Jay and Michele based off our experience with them. That has never happened before. Jay is far and away the best realtor I?ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We have now used him in three transactions. He was the only realtor who was willing to help my wife and I find a rental when moving from out of state. Jay then helped us build our home AND find a second property after that. He always protects the best interests of his clients. I would recommend Jay?s services to anyone. In fact, I recommended him to my own mother (who also had a great buying experience when relocating from out of state)! Jay works hard, maintains honorable business practices, and gets the job done in spectacular fashion. I?ll never use another realtor as long as I?m in the Tampa area. Thanks for all your help Jay!

Jay is a tremendous asset in the purchase or sell of real estate. My son used his services twice since moving here from Ohio a couple of years ago and my wife and I recently purchased a beautiful new home with Jay acting as our agent. We are from Kentucky.
