Great experience, as always. Thank you!
Stacey is one of the most amazing agents I've ever worked with. We were very upset about having to sell our dream home due to my husband being relocated to Alabama for work. The prospect of finding an agent to help list and sell our home was nerve wracking to say the least. You hear horror stories of other agents being overly pushy, rude, and thinking they know what's best for their clients. They don't always listen and can sometimes be know it all's. Stacey was amazing from the minute she stepped foot into our messy home. We were in the middle of cleaning out our closets and the House was in complete dissary, because we were having a yard sale before we began painting and doing updates to our home. It made me nervous to invite her in to show her the house because I'm such a clean freak and having her in there with it looking the way it did at that time was quite embarrassing to my husband and I. She looked at our home and gave us fantastic ideas, and feedback on things we needed to change or update (that were cost effective), and clean up. She was so pleasant the whole way through that process and it only got better from there. She took her time coming up with a listing price which completely blew our socks off. We had no idea our house could be listed for the price she came up with. She allowed us the time we needed to make our updates and changes to the house and was never pushy. She kept in contact with us and asked if we needed anything from her during the two months we spent fixing up the house but was never rude and did not rush us in any way shape or form. Once we completed all repairs, updates, painting, purging items to be put in storage and staging of our home she was amazed at the final product. At that point she scheduled pictures, listed it and set up open houses for that first weekend like we requested. We had so many showings on the first day it was listed that Stacey did an impromptu Open House and in a matter of days of our home had multiple offers on it. She held our hands the whole way through the process, and explained anything we asked questions about. I can be a little neurotic at times, very particular, a perfectionist I guess you could say and therefore I get anxiety over everything (big or small). I started telling Stacey that I needed to be paying her for our therapy sessions, because she always helped to calm me down and put my mind at ease which in turn put my husbands mind at ease. Stacey listens to her clients needs and acts on them accordingly, and that to me was one of the most important things. Once we moved to Alabama she went above and beyond in her duties as our selling agent. As a matter of fact she went WAYYYY above for us. We consider her a friend now and I look forward to continuing this beautiful relationship we've established with her and only wish we would have become friends sooner. I can't say enough wonderful stuff about this beautiful woman that works for your agency. Your company is a better place because of her! I wish other agents would take some lessons from her. She never acted better than us, and never made us feel stupid for not understanding things. She's just genuinely a fantastic person. Even my kiddos love her. She made sure she had OUR best interest at heart through the whole process rather than her own, and you could genuinely tell she was not out for her own agenda. She made this process easy, smooth and less stressful. I've already been telling my parents and friends all about her. Anyone that ever needs to sell their home, or even buy one I will direct them towards her above anyone else and that's saying a lot because my cousin is a local Realtor. I love my cousin but I don't think she could have done the job that Stacey did for us. She's part of our family now! We lived across the street from her for years and she was always friendly, smiled and waved to us. We had talked numerous times and had no idea she was a Realtor. She doesn't want to chase her neighbors down and hound them for business which I respect so much. There are a lot of Agents in our old area that had terrible reputations for how they treated potential clients and even current clients. Hence our hesitation and fear about finding a Realtor to sell our home. She knew we were in the process of listing our home and she still never mentioned that she was an agent. It wasn't until I asked her what she did for a living during our community yard sale that she came clean, and thank god I asked that question because from that point forward we were always positive who would sell our home for us. The buyers agent was quite rude and caused us a lot of headaches, but Stacey had our backs and made sure to stay professional but also let the buyers agent know that she was not okay with how she was speaking to us and doing things. Stacey is very knowledgeable and I truly feel she deserved every penny of the buyers agents proceeds because she had to at times jump through hoops to get things accomplished from the other side. I could go on and on, and never be able to articulate how greatful we are, and thankful we are that she was put in our lives at the exact moment we needed her. I believe everything in life happens for a reason and Stacey coming over during our yard sale was just in our cards! All the agents we came into contact with from Florida Executive Realty during the open houses were also very professional and wonderful and we'll never be able to thank your company enough for making this transition nothing short of miraculous. Thanks to all of you, but our biggest thanks goes to our amazing agent Stacey L!
