Michele provided support through the difficult decision of purchasing our retirement home - the costs and short amount of time to make the decision added severe stress that she helped reduce. Michele helped us navigate through the entire purchasing process. She was present through all communications with the builder and provided live and recorded video of the drywall pre-inspection and posted on You Tube for future viewing. Michele did a fantastic job at keeping the builder at Neal Communities on task. Michele is clearly a seasoned professional - we were lucky to have her. The house was sold within 13 days! Her communication skills and availability to help with questions was amazing.
