I have known Jay Quigley for 30 years - both as a co-worker and more importantly as a friend. In all of those years, Jay has always been kind, caring, straight forward and very professional in all aspects of his life. So when it came time for us to need a realtor there was never any question about who we would get. Jay had previously sold a home for a parent and we witnessed firsthand just how hard working he is - right down to scrubbing toilets! Jay was no different when it came to selling our home (although no toilet scrubbing necessary this time). Jay did the homework, came in and gave it to us straight, told us what we needed to do, what he was going to do, we got it done and our home sold quickly - very quickly. What we love about Jay is that he shoots straight from the hip - there was no sugar coating, no telling us only what we wanted to hear, and he was very adept at talking us off the ledge when necessary - albeit in a very caring, kind and professional manner. We would highly recommend Jay Quigley to anyone looking for a realtor - not just any realtor - but one that is professional, matter of fact, caring and goes the extra mile not only for you but with you. That realtor is our friend, Jay Quigley.

Jay Quigley with Florida Executive Realty is simply phenomenal. From our initial meeting (where he was extremely well prepared) and throughout the process of selling our house, Jay was professional, communicative and responsive, and quickly earned our trust. He took the time to understand our objectives, assessed the home with a critical eye, and suggested what we should do to make the home most appealing to prospective buyers. We followed Jay's advice almost to the letter; as a result, we had two excellent offers (including one slightly over list price) within 12 hours of our listing going live. Jay took what could have been a lengthy and stressful process and made it quick and easy for us.
