Jay is an exceptional realtor and human being. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He originally helped my husband and me find a rental in the area before we bought our home, and because of his professionalism then, I didn't hesitate to have him list my mother's home for sale. Jay is detail-oriented and ensures you always feel like a priority. I highly recommend him if you want someone who treats you like a person rather than a "number" and truly has your best interests at heart.

He is punctual and respects others' time. He responded to all of my issues and questions quickly and never spoke down to me. I always felt like Jay wanted me to fully understand every step of the process. Working with him was a pleasure. They say moving is one of the more stressful things you can do but Jay made the whole home buying experience super easy and stress-free. 10/10 I would recommend him to all of my friends and anyone looking to buy a home in Florida.

It was a pleasure working with Jay. He helped me find the perfect place for me. Gave him a list of must have and he did his best to find all of them. During the visits to the potential apartments he provided sheets that help me rate the apartment which helped tremendously when going back to review them. You would be surprised how much you don't remember after seeing so many properties. He has very responsive and accessible whether it was email text or phone call he always got back to you. Best of all he is a honest person. He will tell you what the truth is which may not be what you want to here but when making a life changing investment it's important to have someone tell you the truth not just sell you on a house because they get paid either way.
