My wife and I were first time home buyers and Jay made the experience so smooth! As soon as we decided to go with him as our realtor, he got us in touch with great mortgage lenders and helped jump start the pre-approval process. Within less than a week of first contacting Jay, we had an extensive first meeting to discuss what we were looking for in our new home. He explained to us very clearly how the process would unfold and what his role was in all of it. He gave us a great and easy to do list to help guide us on picking out homes to tour. Jay used innovative phone applications where we could send listings we like straight to him. He understood our time crunch, as we we needed to move out of our old place in less than 4 months, and straight away had listings for us to look over at that first meeting. Over the next month, we saw upwards of 10 homes, and no matter the time or day, he was available to show us homes and strategize on making offers. He is a master of strategizing on offers, which was absolutely crucial in the hot sellers market we were facing. In less than a month, we were under contract on the perfect home. Jay helped us through the inspection and pre-closing process flawlessly. We cannot thank him enough for his diligent and exceptional work, and we will be his clients for life. We fully recommend that you choose Jay when buying or selling your next home!
