Jay Quigley was very detailed, personable, and responsive. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Jay did a great job informing us throughout the process. He was an excellent negotiator and his experience as a paralegal was especially helpful when it came to ensuring the quality of our? contracts. I would recommend him to anyone who asks. We knew we'd be getting a house during this process, but we came out with a great friend as well!

Jay was a huge help buying our home. As a first time homeowner, my husband and i weren't knowledgeable about most aspects of the home buying process. Jay explained every process along the way. Jay got thrown into a non-optimal position helping us find a property on a condensed time line. I greatly appreciated his kindness and professionalism through it. Its rare to find a competent and hard working realtor with constant and stable morality. Situation encompassed more than one realtor assisting us simultaneously, which often results in negativity or persuasive technique used by realtors to guard their self interests. From the beginning there wasn't a critical or divisive word. Jay is an active conversationist who focuses on listening. He didn't try to control the conversation, but instead leveraged it to learn our situation, needs and desires. He learned more about us in a day than many realtors learn through an entire working relationship. We greatly appreciate Jay getting us where we needed to be. Quick, professional and ethical. Highly commendable!

This past summer my family and I found ourselves needing to find a new home within two weeks.our landlord had decided to put the unit we've lived in for the past three and half years of on the market. We were given two weeks to vacate. A mutual friend referred Jay Quigley to us. He was cordial, professional but most importantly, listened to our needs were. The very next day he had some units lined up for us to see. That same day we found the home we needed and were able to move in within the two week time frame. To say we we were happy or pleased with Mr. Quigleys efforts would be an understatement. We highly recommend him and when the time is right, we plan on purchasing a home with Mr. Quigley's assistance.

Jay was the first realtor we ever worked with for the purchase of our first home. We were more than pleased with the excellent service he provided us with. It did not matter what time or day of the week, Jay was always available to talk in case questions arose and he actually prepared our contract while he was on vacation which says a lot about his work ethic. He is a man of integrity who will stand up for his clients best interest and his communication with us was always outstanding. Jay was recommended to us through our realtor from CT. We are moving down to FL and we had no idea where to even start. I just bought a 3/2 in Hillsborough County with the help of Jay Quigley. We saw many homes and the average price of a Hillsborough home seemed to have grown by about 20k-30k more by the time I found this one. I am very happy with my purchase and with Jay?s assistance and effort in making this happen. Jay has a fiduciary agreement to help you find the best home for you and that helped me become comfortable with the process but expect to move fast! I was a first time home buyer so I didn?t know what all went into buying a home. I had a great experience with Jay and would recommend him as your realtor.

When I began looking for a home, I initially was doing it in my own. I struggled to find something reasonable and decent. I was referred to Jay Quigley and had a great experience. He sent me different homes as rentals became available. He consistently helped me find something that I was comfortable with. My goal was to find something worth the value I was going to pay. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted while getting the best bang for my buck and not going over my budget. He was patient with visiting multiple homes with me and didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't want. He understood that I didn't want to "settle" for less than I wanted. After looking for a while, I was tempted to "settle" a few times out of wanting to get it over with. He reassured me that we'll find something better and I shouldn't live in something I'm not comfortable with. Finally, something I loved became available within my budget and we hopped on it immediately. I will definitely be working with Jay in the future when it comes to my next big step of buying a home!!!! I'd recommend him for sure!!
