Jay Quigley walked me through the home buying process with patience, kindness and humor. He gave me the information I needed to make the best possible choices. Most importantly, he gave me honesty and earned my trust. We reviewed homes and situations pragmatically, and I could always rely on him to be my more experienced pair of eyes. He also made the experience as stress free as possible, acting as my advocate to make sure everything was on the up and up and running smoothly. He had my back and made the demands he knew I wouldn't. I sincerely appreciate his service, and am so glad I made a new friend.

Jay is am amazing realtor. He helped me with the sale of my house. He was great, explained everything to me so that I could understand why we were listing a certain way, certain price, etc. I've never felt more listened to than I did with Jay. Without a doubt I will refer others to him and I'll be working with him in the future to buy when the time comes. I could not have asked for a better realtor.

Jay is a phenomenal agent! From our first meeting all the way until closing of our home Jay did not disappoint one bit. He knows absolutely everything there is to know about real estate and he uses his knowledge to empower his clients. His communication skills are unbeatable. Every single question was answered in a timely manner and he was always a text or call away. His reminder emails were incredibly helpful being an extremely busy first responder. Buying a home in this market can definitely be challenging however Jay is an expert negotiator and we were able to get our home in a very short amount of time. Overall my experience with Jay has exceeded my expectation. He is an amazing real estate agent and such an asset to have on your team whether you are the seller or buyer. If you're looking for a well rounded agent who is a professional but also leads with integrity and who has a passion for what he does then you have found the right person.

Jay made us feel like we were his only client. He immediately answered phone calls, texts, and emails. He was always helpful and pleasant. If he didn?t know the answer to our questions he would quickly find them. We felt he was honest and truly cared that we find our dream home. Jay was referred to us by our realtor in Ocala to help us find a home to rent in Tampa. He quickly jumped into action and through his excellent realtor-to-realtor negotiating skills, was able to help us find a great temporary home. Jay continued to communicate with us on a regular basis, knowing we would be ready to purchase our "forever home" when the time was right. Somehow, he knew exactly when that would be and helped us find the property we will be moving into after some updating and personalization. He went above and beyond to help facilitate a difficult situation with language barriers and other less than helpful professionals. Amazingly, he made it seamless and absorbed most of the frustration and angst associated with buying a home in such a volatile market. If we ever find ourselves in need of a realtor's services, we won't have to look far because we not only found a great realtor when we moved to Tampa, but a great friend.

Jay Quigley was very detailed, personable, and responsive. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Jay did a great job informing us throughout the process. He was an excellent negotiator and his experience as a paralegal was especially helpful when it came to ensuring the quality of our? contracts. I would recommend him to anyone who asks. We knew we'd be getting a house during this process, but we came out with a great friend as well!

Jay got thrown into a non-optimal position helping us find a property on a condensed time line. I greatly appreciated his kindness and professionalism through it. Its rare to find a competent and hard working realtor with constant and stable morality. Situation encompassed more than one realtor assisting us simultaneously, which often results in negativity or persuasive technique used by realtors to guard their self interests. From the beginning there wasn't a critical or divisive word. Jay is an active conversationist who focuses on listening. He didn't try to control the conversation, but instead leveraged it to learn our situation, needs and desires. He learned more about us in a day than many realtors learn through an entire working relationship. We greatly appreciate Jay getting us where we needed to be. Quick, professional and ethical. Highly commendable!
