We went with Jay for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of the new one. We asked a million questions and he was always communicative and responsive. He really did an all around fantastic job. We had a few hiccups along the way from the other side, and Jay smoothed them right out without us feeling any impact. We followed his advice from start to finish, and as a result our townhome sold in just 6 days, for above asking price. We highly recommend him.
