When my wife and I decided to make the plunge and move to the Land O Lakes FL area from California, we did not realize what w were actually looking for in a home. A close friend recommended us to contact her friend in Florida who is a Real Estate agent as well, but not in that immediate area. I had an excellent time working with Jay to purchase my first home. I had actually tried to buy in 2020, but wasn't quite ready. Jay kept in touch for 4 years, constantly checking my progress and giving me advice on ways to save. Finally, when it was time, I had a tons of questions and concerns. Jay toured multiple houses with me, gave his very honest opinion on every house we saw - even if we disagreed - which I always respected. If you are a first time homebuyer/seller, if your nervous, tentative, or would need a lot of help during the process of buying or selling a house I couldn't recommend Jay enough. I am now at just over a month since closing and he is still answering questions / giving advice whenever asked. I love my house, but if we ever decide to sell, it will most definitely be through Jay.

Jay was the agent I needed to find the home I wanted. Given the market was a completely sellers market when I was looking (purchased March 2022), I felt frustration around the chances of us ever finding a home. At a time when the Florida housing market was skyrocketing, Jay helped us get the house we wanted most on our FIRST offer. He helped negotiate a price well BELOW asking that ended up being the exact appraisal value. At every point of the process, he was a solid sounding board and very responsive.
