We contacted Kristy because we were told she is the Best Realtor in the area. They were right! We were wanting to sell our home and contacted her office. Kristy was on vacation, but did not hesitate to FaceTime with us regarding our home. She is very professional, yet friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a quick sale, thanks to Kristy and her team.

Kristy will always "tell it like it is" which is what you want a realtor to do. When we decided to sell our house, Kristy gave us excellent guidance and advice, even though we waited a year for market conditions to be right to list and sell the house quickly. Kristy knew every comp in the neighborhood, and knew every similar house for sale in the area. She came up with an aggressive but realistic listing price, and helped us negotiate the selling price that she predicted. She put together a great online virtual tour" and professional marketing flyers. She had a well trained support staff to help her stay on top of everything, yet nearly all of our communications were still directly with Kristy. All paperwork was explained thoroughly and handlied correctly. Even after the closing, Kristy helped us look for temporary housing while we traveled and when we returned, helped us negotiate the purchase of a new home direct from the homebuilder (also in Tampa Palms). Again, I would recommend Kristy to any buyer or seller in the Tampa Palms area.

Kristy was wonderful to deal with. The sale of my house was very stressfull for me and Kristy was always there to lend an ear and an encouraging word. She knows all there is to know about the buying and selling of real estate. Kristy is also very personable she is very easy to talk to and she always has an answer to your questions and if she doesn't she finds the answer. I would recommend Kristy to anyone I know. I told my parents about her, they listed there house with Kristy and sold it in a day. She is awesome.

We have sold & moved several times in our life and the process, procedures, communication, and overall stress level were all the same. The idea of selling our house of 18 years knowing the stress & obstacles we would face even with an agent was the biggest obstacle in our way from listing the house. Wife & I are both busy executives and selling our house in current times based off past experiences was something neither one of us had time or desire to do. You may not be as fortunate with selling your home as quickly as we did but if you're looking for a realtor with experience and a passionate team that has your best interest at heart.
