The most recent transaction was a sale of a home in Tampa Palms last month. Can't ask for anything more from such a great agent. She had 22 showings the day after it listed and sold it in 48 hours for more then the asking price. This is the only agent you should use to purchase your home in the Tampa area. She gets the job done!
