Martha was a fantastic resource for myself when making a home purchase. As a first time home buyer she was able to guide me through the process simply and ensured I had the confidence going into the market. We looked at quite a few properties and never felt pressured to fold for the wrong house. Once we did find our perfect match, she quickly got us in front of the seller and we were able to lock in with an acceptable price in only a matter of days. Martha is the best realtor I have ever encountered! I would and have recommended her to anyone I know looking for a property. I am a first time home buyer and can say without a doubt that she made this experience such a breeze for me. She was extremely thorough in explaining and answering all my questions throughout the process. She made sure not to push too hard in any decision making and supported all my doubts/concerns along the way. On multiple occasions, she voiced my concerns for me and spoke on my behalf on things I was uncomfortable addressing. She was meticulous at following up, receiving confirmations and scheduling all appointments. She has amazing communication and response time and always made sure everything was moving smoothly for me. Martha is truly one of a kind and excels at all aspects of her job!
