Kristy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She advised us of the perfect price to list our house for to get a quick sale. We received an offer on the first day for the full price and later sold it to the buyers. Kristy also advised us of how much we could expect to walk away with after the sale and was right on target! My husband and I both found Kristy's masterful and professional real estate expertise to be above and beyond our last four home sales over the years. We both work, travel, and had a very busy schedule in preparation for an overseas move but we had the luxury of having Kristy sell our house for us during this busy time! Even on a holiday she was available and working a contract. She also had wonderful staff support which we found to be extremely helpful for streamlining this process!! But regardless of her team's positive support we had no problems communicating with Kristy. Kristy was energized, applied technology to streamline our process, actively listened to our interests then took action, took our small challenges that came up in the process and found a resolution quickly, and most of all is knowledgeable on all the various tools available in real estate. She also had a great network of professional contacts that helped us get our home ready to sell.
