Kristy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the sale of my home. She was very effective in dealing with the other realtor and was careful to include provisions in the contract that were helpful toward a quick sale of the property. I would definitely recommend her to other sellers or buyers.

Kristy is simply the best realtor. She helped us sell our house at a great price and was with us every step of the way. She guided us and gave us clear and easy to understand directions and at the same time she respected our wishes. She is like a friend but at the same time she is an excellent professional. She always answered her phone at any time of the day or for any reason to make sure she addressed our concerns and questions. She also has a great team of people working with her. Everyone was polite, thoughtful and very effective! We wish we could work with her again!
