Mike was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. We were living in the Florida Panhandle while purchasing our home much farther south, which meant I wasn't able to be there in person to see everything or handle many of the things I normally would have wanted to do myself. Mike truly went above and beyond to make that distance feel like a non-issue. He was incredibly friendly, professional, responsive, and always easy to get ahold of. He helped us with everything we needed, including doing walkthroughs for us when we couldn't be there, keeping us informed, answering every question, and making sure we knew exactly what was going on throughout the entire process. Having someone I could genuinely trust to be my eyes and ears when I was hours away was invaluable. Buying a home from across the state could have been incredibly stressful, but Mike made the entire experience so much easier. He was dependable, personable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with him. I would 100% recommend Mike to anyone buying or selling a home in Florida. He will absolutely be the person I call for any future home purchase I make anywhere in the state. Five stars doesn't feel like enough he was truly fantastic!
