Our house was a challenging one to sell due to the square footage and floorpan, but Kristy did her best to make sure our home was visible in all markets and marketing venues. She was easily reachable when needed and her associates were also very helpful. They held several open houses and someone was present at each showing. Kristy knows the area and the market in New Tampa, I highly recommend her for your real-estate needs.

Kristy was instrumental in the selling of our house. From the beginning she impressed us with her knowledge of the market and what we needed to do attract buyers. The house was a challenge to market because of its size, condition and location. Large house in nice neighborhood that was in need of a lot of renovation. She handled the negotiations with a couple of potential buyers, one of which was very difficult to deal with. We were able to attract a buyer that made us a fair offer and handled all of the contract details through closing. Kristy always responded to my calls and emails promptly. Kristy is a skilled real estate agent and we highly recommend her.
