Michele provided support through the difficult decision of purchasing our retirement home - the costs and short amount of time to make the decision added severe stress that she helped reduce. Michele helped us navigate through the entire purchasing process. She was present through all communications with the builder and provided live and recorded video of the drywall pre-inspection and posted on You Tube for future viewing. Michele did a fantastic job at keeping the builder at Neal Communities on task. Michele is clearly a seasoned professional - we were lucky to have her. Michelle was very knowledgeable, patient and customer focused. This was my first home purchase and I had LOTS of questions and changes of mind about every house after I initially said I loved the one we saw. Michelle understood this was a very large purchase for me and never got frustrated with my last minute changes and we moved on to the next property. We found an absolutely wonderful home at a terrific price and I am extremely in love with my new pool home and on a waterfront. I would definitely recommend all of my friends and family to use this company. Michelle used a combination of personal contact and technology which made the process very easy to follow and yet receive a personal one on one touch so that I didn't feel confused or alone at any point of the process. I almost want to go out and say "Het let's do this again" - but I'll stick with my beautiful 4/3/2 with pool in a great neighborhood for a few years first.
