Jay is an utmost professional. We first met him out in public and after talking with him, we knew he was the right realtor to help us find a house for our son. He spent hours explaining all the details and process with our son, guiding him every step of the way. Since then, we have become friends, hang out and enjoy our times together. I couldn't recommend a better person to help you find what's most likely the largest personal purchase someone will make. He will educate you as well as help you navigate the real estate market with ease!!

When I tell you there is No One Better than Jay, take my word. Once you sit down with Jay and provide the specs of what you are looking for, he is on top of it as if he was searching for himself. Jay is detailed oriented and very knowledgeable. At times, he opened our eyes to situations that we had considered. He always has your best interest in mind. You definitely can not go wrong with Jay. I have referred at least 2 others since working with Jay and will continue to do so. That's how impressed I am with his service. If we ever need a realtor in the future, Jay will be my first call.

What can I say about my good friend and realtor Jay Quigley? Jay is a true profession at his job and keeping relationships. More than two years ago my wife and I were interested in selling our condo. Jay kept us up to date the entire time, sending us anniversary cards, showing us market pricing updates, congratulations card for our now one year old, birthdays and so much more. If you truly want to feel valued, go with the best professional in the town. He works hard at his job, sitting with folks, discussing options, explaining all the details that goes into house buying, selling, and even hosting first time buyers classes for those interested. My wife and I were able to sell our condo in just at a week with offers behind it. He helped us price our condo at a rate that it would sell while others in our same neighborhood were trying to go above market in pricing. And when it came to buying, we had access to all the options out there. We combed through the homes, found the one right for us and Jay took it from there. I can't express the gratitude I have of my friend Jay and the 6 plus years of knowing him. If you're looking for a great realtor, look no further, Jay Quigley is your man. Also, him and his wife do a great job at hosting gatherings for their clients. Can't wait to have my house warming done by him.

Jay must be the cordon bleau of realtors. As a second time homebuyer, my experience was significantly elevated this time around. From making sure we had a thorough understanding as sellers of the why behind the listing price, to getting us psychologically prepared and strategized for decluttering the home to be professionally photographed, he was attentive to every minute detail we would not have considered ourselves. I definitely went into this with some anxiety about doing a concurrent sale and purchase, but his confidence in orchestrating the moving parts made the whole experience much less daunting and feel manageable with our busy work and parent lives. I was very comforted by his presence throughout the closing day appointment at the title company as opposed to simply staying for collecting commission, which I have experienced in the past with a different realtor. Jay was extremely responsive and accessible, highly knowledgeable, especially regarding market trends, and tremendously helpful in preparing us for listing our home. Jay has been a blessing to our family. He was our therapist and encourager when feeling overwhelmed about all of the steps it took to get two homes closed within a week apart while balancing parenting and three jobs between my husband and me. 10 stars ?

Jay is awesome! He really made sure we were satisfied with his selection of homes to view,. We came from out of state so he picked us up from the hotel, drove us around and even took care of our lunch bill. Jay is the most friendly person I have ever met with a sense of humor that matches no other. He made sure we were comfortable. He was absolutely made for this job. As a first time home buyer, I am so glad that Jay was my realtor! There were a lot of little things that popped up throughout the process that I did not understand and Jay was always available and willing to talk through my questions. As we started going through homes I felt like I learned something knew each time - Jay was great about pointing out aspects to look for when doing the walk throughs which lead me to be confident in my decision to put in an offer. Overall, 10/10 and will be recommending to everyone I know that is looking to buy/sell.

Our experience with Jay was phenomenal!!! He worked with our tight location parameter and budget to get our daughter the perfect place in the perfect location. His experience was invaluable as a few snags were hit that he was able to navigate us through painlessly. He was somehow ALWAYS available when called/text--no matter the timing. It was amazing.
