I can?t speak highly enough of Florida Executive Realty, and more specifically, Jay as our real estate agent. He patiently helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and once found we closed on our new place quickly with no delays. A well deserved acknowledgement to Jay Quigley. My elderly parents had to put their house up for sale. Jay walked into a tough situation. The house needed help....big time. Jay coordinated repairs, suggested and implemented upgrades....etc. He did this in just over a month. He told me....Rick I'll have it on the market by the end of January. I smiled, said great but thought....yeah right. He did. Oh by the way, folks.....the house sold the same day he planted the for sale sign in the front yard....If you want a diligent, tireless, savvy agent in your corner or families corner....please seriously consider Mr. Jay Quigley....Florida Executive Realty. He's not a miracle worker.....but he is darn good and honest....thanks so very much Jay.

We were impressed from our very first call with you by your humanity and transparency over each aspect of our contractual relationship; from the detailed explanation of the agreement to setting correctly mutual expectations, to listening to our priorities and needs while providing honest and clear feedback and advices. You prepared our house searching tour with such capillarity that we were able to find what we wanted in less than 2 days. During the searching tour, you always kept us balanced on the pro and cons of each house we visited, including a 360 evaluation of the area, market and overall value. And it was not only a searching tour. It became soon a fun experience which we both sincerely enjoyed. We had our laughs. Jay is awesome!! He went out of his way to help us find a home to rent. Other places were indifferent and not helpful because you?re just looking for a rental and not buying.. Jay called me back right away. Took the time to show the property, give us great information and help us with all the paperwork.. we will definitely call on Jay when we do decide to buy.. Jay is a fantastic realtor with a winning combination of fun personality and professional experience that leads to the desired outcome- quick sale! For him, I was an out of town seller. During our initial call, Jay took the time to understand my needs and when we met shortly after for a property walk through and price listing meeting he did not disappoint. Preparation is everything and Jay made sure I had the facts to make next steps decisions. His local contractor recommendation was spot on with pricing and quality of work too. He was my eyes on the ground and provided white glove service on everything including the inspection action items. Jay was a great communicator as well when it came time to work through tough decisions when a slam dunk same-day full price offer seemed to stall. He level-set realities and masterfully negotiated on my behalf. I really can not recommend him enough. Just let Jay guide you through your desired outcome.
