As first time homebuyers we had zero clue what we were doing and Jay helped us with every little detail.. from making sure we had a competitive offer to personally inspecting our house on closing day, he walked us through every step with such professionalism and confidence. Jay is awesome! He really made sure we were satisfied with his selection of homes to view,. We came from out of state so he picked us up from the hotel, drove us around and even took care of our lunch bill. Jay is the most friendly person I have ever met with a sense of humor that matches no other. He made sure we were comfortable. He was absolutely made for this job. You are definitely in good hands with Jay! I would recommend him to anyone. Loved my experience with Jay!

As a first time home buyer, I am so glad that Jay was my realtor! There were a lot of little things that popped up throughout the process that I did not understand and Jay was always available and willing to talk through my questions. As we started going through homes I felt like I learned something knew each time - Jay was great about pointing out aspects to look for when doing the walk throughs which lead me to be confident in my decision to put in an offer. Overall, 10/10 and will be recommending to everyone I know that is looking to buy/sell.

Our experience with Jay was phenomenal!!! He worked with our tight location parameter and budget to get our daughter the perfect place in the perfect location. A well deserved acknowledgement to Jay Quigley. My elderly parents had to put their house up for sale. Jay walked into a tough situation. The house needed help....big time. Jay coordinated repairs, suggested and implemented upgrades....etc. He did this in just over a month. He told me....Rick I'll have it on the market by the end of January. I smiled, said great but thought....yeah right. He did. Oh by the way, folks.....the house sold the same day he planted the for sale sign in the front yard....If you want a diligent, tireless, savvy agent in your corner or families corner....please seriously consider Mr. Jay Quigley....Florida Executive Realty. He's not a miracle worker.....but he is darn good and honest....thanks so very much Jay.
