re: 7001 Interbay Blvd. #121 I was referred to Jay by a good friend of mine that he helped in the past. I was on a time crunch to find a place to buy within 2 months. Jay responded to me the same day I reached out (which was a Saturday!) and was very accommodating in meeting with me the following day. I was quickly impressed by Jay's professionalism, proactiveness and strategic planning to ensure we would be able to find a suitable place both within the budget and tight time constraint, while also meeting most of my location and dwelling preferences. He was excellent with keeping me informed, explaining every step of the buying process, thoroughly going through all paperwork in detail and all the while helping me maintain positive, but realistic expectations. We closed on a place that I absolutely LOVE in less than a month from my first contact with Jay.
