My husband and I live in North Carolina, and we wanted to find the perfect property in Florida for a winter home. Our son and his wife used Jay to find their dream home in Wesley Chapel, and Jay did not disappoint. He spent over a year helping us find the town, community and price point that we were needing. His eye for detail, communication on how we should proceed and his guidance on how to weed out the ones that weren't right for us and the ones that were perfect. Not only was Jay a true professional but he also personalized the process so that we had no worries when it came to the final day of closing. If you want an amazing experience buying a condo, villa or a single family home, do not use anyone else than Jay.

Picking out a home to live in is a very serious, drawn out process with many important issues to consider. Jay sold my house a couple of months ago. His knowledge of the market and expertise through the process put me at ease during a rather stressful time.
