I greatly appreciated having Jay's guidance all along the way throughout my home purchase. I was completely inexperienced, and he kept me feeling confident and helped me make what I believe was the best possible choice. I appreciated his directness and honesty, and I felt secure. Jay was also very knowledgeable and helped network me with other people to help with this home's inspections and maintenance. It's been a few months of settling in now and I am loving my home more and more every day!

re: 7001 Interbay Blvd. #121 I was referred to Jay by a good friend of mine that he helped in the past. I was on a time crunch to find a place to buy within 2 months. Jay responded to me the same day I reached out (which was a Saturday!) and was very accommodating in meeting with me the following day. I was quickly impressed by Jay's professionalism, proactiveness and strategic planning to ensure we would be able to find a suitable place both within the budget and tight time constraint, while also meeting most of my location and dwelling preferences. He was excellent with keeping me informed, explaining every step of the buying process, thoroughly going through all paperwork in detail and all the while helping me maintain positive, but realistic expectations. We closed on a place that I absolutely LOVE in less than a month from my first contact with Jay. I am so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Tampa Bay area! Thank you so much, Jay!

My husband and I live in North Carolina, and we wanted to find the perfect property in Florida for a winter home. Our son and his wife used Jay to find their dream home in Wesley Chapel, and Jay did not disappoint. He spent over a year helping us find the town, community and price point that we were needing. His eye for detail, communication on how we should proceed and his guidance on how to weed out the ones that weren't right for us and the ones that were perfect. Not only was Jay a true professional but he also personalized the process so that we had no worries when it came to the final day of closing.
