I have both sold a house and bought a house with Wendy's guidance as my realtor. While always acting professionally, I felt as though Wendy cared about meeting my needs not just as her client , but as a friend. Whether buying or selling a house, there is always a certain level of stress. Working with Wendy alleviated this stress for me because I had confidence in and trusted her expertise as a realtor. After the closing, Wendy continued to be helpful in recommending various vendors and service providers to make the transition be as easy as possible.

Wendy was terrific to work with during our very long and extensive home search. Over a 2 year period she patiently and cheerfully showed us numerous homes and helped point out the pros and cons of each home along with their locations. We truly enjoyed working with her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I used Wendy has a realtor with both selling my house and buying a new house. The moment I met Wendy, I knew she was the realtor I wanted to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the current trends of the market and dedicated to her clients. I don't think she ever sleeps! She and her assistant are always available when needed and are very detail-oriented. She's both professional and caring and treats you more than just a client. I've worked with realtors before and if you want a realtor that looks out for your best interest and follows through, Wendy is one of the most exceptional realtors you can work with.

Wendy is a true professional. We entrusted her to negotiate the contract on our dream home, with the faith that she'd be able to unload our existing home in a timely manner (after the contract was executed on our new home). She gracefully handled a difficult relationship with our new home, while quickly and effectively working the selling end as well. Wendy, and her amazing team at Florida Executive Realty, teamed up to sell our existing home in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend working with Wendy Ross if you are looking to buy/sell or both.

Wendy is about as close as you can get to a comprehensive pleasant real estate experience. She is detail oriented. She knows how to stage a home, and knows what aspects of your home need to be improved to ensure a quick sale. She is in tune with the market, and doesn't tell you what you want to hear when it comes to the realistic market value of your home. Wendy may be in the sales business, but she makes it clear that she understands your specific situation and will do everything she can to meet your needs/goals. If you are looking to sell your home quickly at the highest value that the market can support, Wendy is your realtor!

Great experience working with Wendy to sell our old house in the Greens of Westchase in Tampa, and obtain our new house! Very responsive, nearly always available via phone or responds ASAP via text, really was a pleasure to work with. BTW I'd say she's an Excellent negotiator on our behalf but Smooth seemed to capture it so well- so it's a virtual 5 star rating.

Wendy Ross was highly recommended to me by my cousin. He had made a more upscale home purchase then what I was looking to do, so I was a bit concerned that Wendy may not be as enthusiastic to serve a customer like me especially since she is such a successful realtor with Florida Realty. I was also concerned that she would not take my intent to purchase seriously since I was out of state. Today, my husband and I own the home of our dreams and it is greatly due to Wendy as our realtor and through her mortgage referral. Wendy and I spoke several times a week, if not daily, for 3 months. Within that time there were numerous instances of her professionalism, compassion, and her tenacity however there are a few that stand out in my mind: -Seller was delaying in signing the contract. Instead of just waiting for cold feet, Wendy even offered to drive the contract over to the seller to get a signature. -Checking in with me several times after my father passed just to talk about how I was feeling and to console me. -Following up with emails or taking calls from me late at night because that is the only time I could get to it after work and putting the 1 year old to bed. -Willing to look at places on my behalf and send pictures to me since I was out of state. -Spending the time to explain why some of the real estate choices I was considering were a good or bad idea based on her professional experience and what she would do personally. -Making sure I was protected by thinking ahead and having addendums filled out and signed ahead of time so she had on hand to execute. -Helping me to envision myself in the new home with interior design suggestions. -Offering to open up the home for me to view as many times as necessary while I was in town. I believe Wendy is so successful because she knows the value of a referral. I also believe that she understands how important the relationship aspect of her job is. The realtor market is not just about listings and paperwork, this kind of purchase is very emotional and she has tapped into that. Wendy figured out what was important to me as a person. She quickly gained my admiration and trust when I saw that she knew I needed constant communication and professionalism with a sense of humor. I do not want to lose my audience here so I will wrap up this recommendation but, I cannot say enough positive things about Wendy Ross as my realtor and today as a friend.

We are so thankful to have Wendy Ross as our Realtor. We just wrapped up the sale of our second property with her, and we wouldn't consider anyone else. We've not only sold for top of market numbers, but they went quickly as well. Wendy puts our interest first in every decision and it's great to know someone is working hard in your corner.
