Wendy Ross and Kyle Barone rendered exceptional service in helping us find our new home. This was especially challenging for us as we live in Michigan and wanted to do a thorough yet expedient search for a home. Wendy and Kyle offered multiple options and even helped us assess the cost of certain upgrades or changes to the properties. There breadth of contacts with well respected and known contractors was invaluable to our analysis. If we sell this home they will be my first call to sell ours and find another.

What can I say about Wendy Ross? She was nothing short of amazing! I know for a fact we were not her only clients...but she made us feel that way! Looking to relocate from Virginia to the Tampa Bay Area, we spent two couple-of-day trips with her, whereby we viewed homes for sale as she honed down exactly what we needed and desired. In fact, the home we chose was purchased sight unseen! Wendy knew our priorities, found the home, and through the wonderment of technology, was able to walk us through the home...it was as if we were there! Her attention to detail is exemplary. I'm not certain we can say enough about Wendy Ross! We are relocating from Northern Virginia to Florida, and from the first phone call with Wendy, we knew we were in good hands. Her knowledge of the various locations and areas we visited and learned about within Tampa, St. Pete/Clearwater, and Apollo Beach was unsurpassed. She enjoys what she does and that shines through from the first time you meet her. Every property/listing we reviewed was always within the scope of our requirements proving over and over the time Wendy takes to understand and exceed client requirements is invaluable. We not only felt that we were her only client, but a partner and trusted friend from the start. With Wendy's hard work we located a wonderful home in Apollo Beach on the bay that we know we will enjoy for years to come. That coupled with the fact that we have made a great friend in Wendy, is just icing on the cake.
