Wendy did not go through the typical question of budget, location and so forth with me. Wendy wanted to know what I enjoyed in life and what was really important to me. Going from a more personal direction Wendy helped me find a home and neighborhood that I would have not typically looked at and I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Wendy has remained in contact to help me get settled in a new town and also from time to time sends me a nice email with a new restaurant or location that from knowing me better than the normal transactional Realtor would. Wendy, your knowledge, integrity and personal touch are second to none.

Working with Wendy was wonderful, in fact we gave her a nickname - Wendy Wow! She has a very pleasant personality, is knowledgable, caring and very responsive. Moving from out of state, things were very different, so we had tons of questions, and all were answered without hesitation. We would definitely give her a call if we ever have need of her services again. In fact, I might just call her to keep in touch, as I would any other wonderful person I've come in contact with throughout our lives.

We were looking for a second home in the Tampa area and did not wish to retain an agent at that time. Wendy made such a good impression on us that we asked for her help. She found (very quickly!) just the right property for us. She worked well with the seller and seller's agent and attended to every detail. The contract and closing process were problem free. Wendy must be one of your best agents and is a credit to your company!

We wish to express sincere thanks to a "super" employee Wendy Ross. Having her as our Listing Agent proved to be a successful journey for both Jan and I. She assisted us with expertise and confidence in the most stressful times. Wendy is the consummate professional. Wendy Ross did an amazing job in gathering all the necessary information on our house and displayed the MLS listing with intelligence and "know how". With the extreme constraints of a highly competitive housing market and our need to relocate out of city, finding the right Realtor with a high level of expertise and professionalism was a must for us. We can't say enough about Wendy Ross's ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of our house. We followed her recommendations and once we went down in price that she initially introduced to us, the house sold within a week. Aside from her business experience and capabilities, Wendy Ross is a very pleasant person to work with. She is calm, low-key, prompt, and does what she says she will do in a timely manner. She has gone beyond the call of duty preparing our home for sale.

Wendy Ross was a dream to work with. She worked tirelessly to find our perfect home. Also, unbeknownst to us, she was working this hard for less than half the usual commission because we fell in love with a FSBO (for sale by owner). We can't say enough about our appreciation for Wendy.
