She is extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the area . She is detail oriented and really makes the process of buying or selling a home smooth and as stress-free as possible. Her expertise and wiliness to go above and beyond to assist her clients (some of whom may be difficult) are remarkable. Her knowledge, optimism and hard work out shines all others. She has the highest standards and knows what needs to be done and how to get it done. She is an excellent communicator, explains the housing market trends and has done the research. Her advice is on target. Our home was a larger property and we feared it would sit for an extended period. With Wendy leading the way it was sold in 10 days! As a second time client I know she worked very hard for us. I will call her again and recommend her always. She is a jewel!

Wendy Ross is the best! She showed us many properties over a 6 month period before we found the ideal new home. For each property Wendy automatically provided the disclosures, floor plans, all listing information, etc to help us in assessing each one. We're very picky and she was always patient and accommodating. Once we found the house, Wendy guided us through the offer, negotiations, and closing process. It was a much less painful process than the last time we bought a house (Wendy was not our agent then). We highly recommend Wendy Ross to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tampa Bay Area!
