Wendy was extremely knowledgeable about the market and held my hand through the whole process. She explained in detail the new rules that are in effect for realtors, and wanted to ensure I understood the process. She gave me solid advice on recent sales in my area and how to get the best price for my condominium. I was able to sign the documents early and the final one remotely. Overall, the process was super easy-for ME at least! Great job team and thank you to Wendy and Melissa for all the effort!

Wendy is so organized and has a critical eye! She points out flaws while house shopping that I would never had seen, so grateful to have her on my side! She had my best interest and works very hard to keep communication up to date! I highly recommend Wendy Ross whether you're buying or selling a home. She has helped me do it 3 times! Very happy with the outcome each time! Life throws us stressful changes but Wendy helps you breeze through the house buy/sell process with expert care and kindness!

Her expertise and wiliness to go above and beyond to assist her clients (some of whom may be difficult) are remarkable. Her knowledge, optimism and hard work out shines all others. She has the highest standards and knows what needs to be done and how to get it done. She is an excellent communicator, explains the housing market trends and has done the research. Her advice is on target. Our home was a larger property and we feared it would sit for an extended period. With Wendy leading the way it was sold in 10 days!
