With so much experience, dedication, and passion for his job, it's unsurprising that Pete is so knowledgeable about his field. This was immediately apparent when we met Pete for the first time over three years ago to discuss our plans to move to Tampa. He took us through many neighborhoods from Tampa Palms to South Tampa, providing us with plenty of information to help us decide on our ideal neighborhood. We ended up renting, and doing so for longer than we initially planned but Pete kept in touch with us: From updating us on market trends to checking up on us through the early Covid-era. We've now known him for over three years, and he's (like) family. Pete is extremely professional and truly cares about his clients. We recently closed on our home, and he made the more tedious parts of purchasing a new home so much easier for us: Holding our hands through the process whenever we needed it and knowing when to take a step back. He was always a simple phone call or text away throughout the process (and probably still is;-)). In addition, he's a fantastic negotiator. In all, Pete has excellent care for his clients and job. Indeed having known him for so long, we strongly believe that he would do everything within his ability to give his clients the best. (Like he did for us.) We unreservedly recommend Pete to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home.

Pete Radeka is the best. He did an outstanding job selling our home 16 years ago, so we did not hesitate to call him when we needed to sell our home this summer. He did an even better job this time, especially with all of the additional complications due to the current environment. We sold our home for a great price, and Pete carefully took care of all of the details so we had a very easy closing.

Pete is Amazing! He made the process of being first time home buyers a 'piece of cake'. Any questions that we had he answered right away and made sure that we understood everything and what to look forward to. Searching for a home during a pandemic was very stressful as the market was tough, however he kept reassuring us that everything would be ok and it was. We ended up purchasing a home in the area that he introduced us to and we fell in love! Our son also became very fund of Pete and talks about him all the time. Not only did we get placed with a great realtor we made a friend in the process! :)
