Pete Radeka was the best realtor we have worked with - an absolute gem and consummate professional. As a family moving from out of town, we really needed someone with an encyclopedic knowledge of the area and who was willing to go the extra mile to help us find the perfect home. Pete exceeded our expectations in both respects. He helped us understand the area, find the best neighborhoods for our needs, and narrow down what we should really be looking for. He worked incredibly hard for us, even with things like doing a remote 'facetime tour' of a house we thought looked promising (and that we ended up buying)! He worked with us very patiently over multiple months as we changed our minds several times about what area we wanted to be in, and in our one weekend in town took us through dozens of homes until we found the perfect fit. He helped us understand the home buying process in Florida so that we felt comfortable the whole way through. When it came time for negotiations, he was a great advocate, and he always kept us in the loop on what was going on. He also has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with. For most home searches, you're going to spend a lot of time with your realtor. You want someone you can enjoy interacting with, and Pete is definitely that guy. He has our highest recommendation, and we will recommend him to all of our closest friends and family looking for homes in Tampa - he's the rockstar of Tampa realtors.

We have worked with Pete on 3 different transactions. Pete has helped us make decisions that fit our lifestyles and he keeps in contact after move in. He has provided guidance on excellent services, as we add to the home. Most recent transaction, being we are out of state, Pete would send us progress pictures of the home as it was being built. We did a virtual close, so Pete did the walk through with the builder and made a list of adjustments. We trust Pete completely!
